How long does shipping take?

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Delivery within the US typically takes 7–20 business days after your order is processed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can check your package status anytime.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages if products come from different warehouses. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, we usually can’t change or cancel them once they’re in production or have shipped. Please double-check your order details before placing it.

Do you accept returns?

Since we ship directly from suppliers, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or ordering the wrong item. Please check product details and sizes carefully before ordering.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it or refund you — just contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at support@bellecel.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll do our best to make it right!
